This page explains what happens when you send us a project brief through the site's contact form.
What we collect
The brief form asks for three required fields and two optional fields:
- Name (required, up to 100 characters).
- Email (required, must be a valid email address).
- Project details, sent as the message (required, 10 to 5,000 characters).
- Company (optional, up to 120 characters).
- Budget (optional, up to 100 characters).
We use these details only to read your inquiry and reply to you.
How submissions are handled
Submissions are sent to /api/contact, which checks that the fields above are present and within their limits. Valid submissions are forwarded as an email through Resend when RESEND_API_KEY, CONTACT_TO_EMAIL, and CONTACT_FROM_EMAIL are configured. If email delivery is not configured, the request is answered with an error and nothing is forwarded.
The app itself neither stores submission content in a database nor logs submission content.
Rate limiting and retention limits
To slow down spam, the contact endpoint uses a best-effort, in-process rate limiter keyed from the client IP. It keeps counters in the memory of the running process, so it is not shared between server instances or kept across restarts.
Once a submission is forwarded as an email, we cannot state how long the email recipient or Resend retains the message. We make no retention promise about those copies.
The site's WhatsApp buttons are plain links to WhatsApp (wa.me) that open a chat with us at +44 7704 137363. The site sends nothing to WhatsApp by itself; a chat only starts if you send a message there. Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, and we use them only to reply to you.
